Person booking cabin must be 25 years of age or older & must stay overnight in the cabin each day of the rental period.
Married couples under 25 may request a waiver.
Additional Fees:
Cleaning fee= $85.00 per rental period
What is a Cleaning Fee?
A Cleaning Fee is added to the rental fee so your last day of vacation is not spent cleaning. You will find the amount to be standard in the North GA Mountains. This fee is what is charged to us by the cleaning crew. The reason for the add'l charge for each guest over 4 is to cover the add'l cleaning, utilities & supplies used by larger groups (we are charged an add'l per person charge for each guest over 4 by the cleaning company)
Tax = 10 % (Includes Sales tax and Local Occupancy Tax)

*SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A $250.00 security deposit is required at time of booking to hold your reservation. We cannot guarantee or block the dates on the availability calender until your security deposit is received.
Your deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your departure provided there are no damages to the property and no policy violations.
*CHECKS: Payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to the stated arrival date. If you are booking less than 30 days out, payment will be due at time of booking.
A $35.00 service charge will be incurred for all returned checks. |
CANCELLATION POLICY:
30 or more days prior to arrival: Full refund
Less than 30 days but at least 14 days: Loss of ½ of the rental deposit ($125.)
Less than 14 days but at least 7 days: Loss of full rental deposit ($250.)
Less than 7 days of arrival date: Loss of Full rental (but security deposit returned)
